This multi-faceted project required a total redesign aimed at modernizing and updating an existing theme. It was essential to showcase a variety of products in multiple formats and use lazy loading to prioritize fast loading times despite an image-heavy landing page.

With thousands of consistently revolving products, the client needed a robust filter that overcame Shopify’s limitations, so I implemented a dynamic filter with JavaScript. I also completed two customizable pages to help funnel users into their consignment and layaway programs.

These clients preferred to recycle their existing theme with redesigns on the landing, product, and collection pages. They requested a simple and clean aesthetic with a focus on responsive design for their mobile layout. To optimize their site, I used my skills in Liquid to create customizable filters for each collection.

I partnered with a designer to adapt an existing WordPress theme and manipulate components to fit the client’s desired design and highlight call-to-action elements.

I created a WordPress site for a school that needed to optimize communication and market their services. They requested a modern, yet approachable aesthetic that remained user-friendly for the client to edit and update information.

My team and I created a Shopify app to assist shops in offering daily deals during the holidays. I developed the front end of the project by combining React with Shopify’s Polaris to create a settings dashboard. I also connected the database using Redux to ensure global state management throughout the app.

We’re currently converting the app to a more versatile and customizable version that includes monthly, weekly, and daily sales.

This is a custom Shopify theme-build using Slate, Shopify’s product to create sites using Webpack and NPM. The client requested a custom theme because they sell a wide range of products across numerous collections and wanted unique layouts. They also requested a user-friendly theme that was reusable for future use with their other products lines, including easily customizable design and functionality.
